Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made 14-29 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure are non-refundable.

Liability Limitations

Elemental Path Travel acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during your trip.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
